Pizza Supreme
Ingredients:
PIZZA BASE:
1 ½ cups self raising flour.
cup warm water.
1 tablespoon of oil.
salt & pepper.
PIZZA TOPPING CHOICES:
2 tablespoons tomato paste.
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
Paprika.
Salami, capsicum, mushrooms.
Olives, bacon, onion.
Sprinkle of oregano.
Method:
Mix ingredients of pizza base in baking dish base.
Spread tomato paste over top of dough base.
Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella cheese.
Add pizza topping and rest of cheese—sprinkle paprika over toppings.
Cook on top of stove with lid on and vent open for 5 minutes on medium heat and then 5 minutes on low heat.
Slide out onto a platter and serve hot.
