Melon Ball Traffic Lights
Ingredients:
Honeydew Melon.
Rockmelon.
Watermelon.
Dried Coconut.
Skewers.
Method:
For each melon:
Remove the top & bottom with a knife to create a flat surface on the melons.
Using a melon baller insert it into the flesh just in from the skin.
Turning your wrist in a circular motion to cut out melon balls.
Repeat all the way around the outside.
When the layer has been fully used, slice it off, revealing a fresh layer.
Slide the melon balls onto your skewers in any order you desire.
If desired you can coat your melon ball traffic lights in coconut.
