Fried Rice & Marinated Chicken
Ingredients:

Marinated Chicken:
4 Thigh Chicken fillets ( Trim of the fat and dice).
2 tbs Soy sauce.
2-3 Shakes of Garlic powder.
1 tbs white sugar.
2 tbs water.

Fried Rice
4 Rashes Bacon (fat free) Diced.
2 Large eggs.
Desert spoon of water.
Dash of yellow food coloring.
3 cups of cooked long grain rice.
1 tbs. kikamon Soy sauce.
6 Spring onions Sliced (use the whole onion including the green part).
2 medium carrots - cut into straw thickness.
Handfull of Salted peanuts.

Method:

Marinated Chicken:
Trim all the fat from the chicken thighs and dice them.
Then add the soy sauce, garlic powder, sugar & water together, mix thoroughly.
Finally add the diced chicken, let this stand for 1 hour.

Fried Rice:
Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl add water & yellow food coloring.
Heat pan, and fry bacon in a dry pan.
Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5 - 6 minutes then remove from pan.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel.
Beat the eggs with a fork in a bowl add water & yellow food coloring.
Add egg mixture to pan and let it cover the whole pan, turn as you would a crepe.
Once cooked then chop into small pieces with the aid of an egg lift, and then remove from the pan.
Add Rice to dry pan & soy sauce and stir.
Add chicken pieces, bacon, carrots, spring onions, peanuts.
Reheat & serve.
