General Description:

Chillies come in many flavours and varying levels of 'hotness'.
Availability of a wide selection of chillies means that you can use chillies to add a deeper flavour to your foods without really making them hot.
All chillies start off as green. As they ripen, they turn red or yellow.

Rule of thumb is the smaller the chilli the hotter it will be.
Also the riper and redder - the sweeter the chilli will be.
