General Description:

Round or oblong in shape measuring about 6.5cm in diameter.
Skin and flesh are usually golden orange in colour.

Select apricots that are well coloured, plump and are somewhat firm but also yield slightly when gently pressed. 
Avoid apricots that are green because they will not ripen and wont taste good.
