Related to the parsley family.
Has bright green fan shaped leaves.
Seeds and the leaves of the plant are eaten.
Seeds are slightly fragrant and provide a lemon, sage flavour when used.
Leaves have a strong smell and taste soapy.

Choose leaves that have a fresh even green colour without signs of wilting.
