Technically a cabbage, its pleasant bite is similar watercress and other members of the mustard family.
Crunchy texture with a mild buttery flavour.
Ideal for use in salads, stir-fries and sautées.
Selection:
Select tatsoi with fresh looking green leaves that are have no holes or cuts.
Avoid those with yellowing or signs of wilting caused by moisture loss.
Nutrition Information:
High in Vitamin K, Vitamin A and Vitamin C.
Also a source of Folate and Iron.
Storage & Handling Information:
Store in a plastic bag in the crisper area of your fridge.
