Red skin with dominant white spots, smooth, russet around stalk and open deep-set eye.
Crisp, juicy flesh sweeter than Lady Williams, not as sweet as Golden Delicious and is coarser than Pink Lady.
Originated at Stoneville Research Station, Western Australia.

Choose apples that are brightly coloured, firm, and free of bruises or damaged skin.
If the flesh gives under pressure, the apple will be soft.
