Radish - White
Variety Description:
A long, cylindrical root vegetable.
40cm in length.
White in colour.
Short green stems and leaves grow from the root.
Selection:
The winter varieties are better if they are large and mature.
Avoid oversized summer radishes as they are usually tough, woody and strong in flavour.
