A medium sized oval to round fruit.
Blue skin turning dark red with maturity.
Firm juicy yellow to orange flesh turning to red close to the skin.
Very sweet taste.

Select unwrinkled plums with smooth blemish free skins.
Avoid those with soft spots or discolourations.
The grayish sheen on plums is natural and does not effect the quality.
