Carrot - Baby
Variety Description:
Smaller version or the common carrot.
Cooked whole, baby carrots are tender and sweet.
Selection:
To ensure freshness select baby carrots that have their green leaves still attached.
The leaves should be a healthy green colour with no signs of wilting.
Carrots should be firm, smooth and have a bright orange colour.
Avoid carrots that are rubbery or appear damaged.
