Chives - Garlic Chives
Variety Description:
Garlic chives have a flat blade up to 50cm long.
Sometimes grown blanched (without light).
Well suited for use in uncooked dishes where regular garlic may be too strong.
Selection:
Choose fresh, even sized, uniformly coloured green bunches of chives.
Avoid those with signs of wilting, yellowing or drying.
