A green variety of mango with yellow tint.
Flesh is slightly fibrous and rather juicy with a rich flavour.
Has a small seed.

When ripe a mango has a sweet aroma and will be slightly soft to the touch.
A few brown speckles are also an indication of ripeness.

Select even sized mangoes that are free from bruises.
