Also known as a flat peach.
Usually 6 - 8 cm diameter.
Pale yellow skin with red blush.
Flesh can be white or yellow, sweet & very juicy.

Choose peaches that are firm to the touch, but whose flesh will yield with gentle pressure.
Also look for unblemished and bruise free peaches with a warm, fragrant smell.
Avoid those which appear green or are very hard.
