Semi-clingstone, has deep purple coloured skin.
Flesh is sweet if allowed to ripen properly.
Very versatile - excellent for pies, jams & sauces.

Select unwrinkled plums with smooth blemish free skins.
Avoid those with soft spots or discolourations.
The grayish sheen on plums is natural and does not effect the quality.
